Fever Treatment

At some point in our lives, we’ve all come down with a fever for one reason or another.

Either we have a cold, a virus, or some other sort of ailment that causes us to develop one. Sometimes they can be low grade and not be that big of a deal, and they can go away as quickly as it came on.

These can be used at the onset of this raised temperature and throughout the course of it.

Home Remedies for Fevers:

Fenugreek Seeds:

This is an herb that so many people turn to for a variety of reasons, and in this instance the seeds can be boiled to create a beverage that is the perfect home remedy for a fever.

Take a few seeds and boil them in water, and then once cooled a bit drink down this powerful beverage.

This will help to bring down the fever right away, and is an excellent cure.

Sweet Basil Leaves:

Basil serves many purposes, and here we look to it as a helpful home remedy for a fever.

Take a few of the sweet basil leaves and boil them in water, this can be used in the supplement form as well.

Then drink this mixture down at least twice a day until the fever finally breaks—this will help it to go away a lot faster.

Water:

Though it may sound obvious, many people tend to forget to drink plenty of water when they have a fever.

This works as a sort of natural cure for a fever because it not only helps to cool the body, but it also works to keep you hydrated as you may lose fluids while you sweat.

Push the water when you are sick, and most especially when you have a fever.
