This detox diet does not have any considerable side effects and is very easy to follow, hence it is highly recommended for people who want a clean body and also for those who want to loose weight, as this diet can also help you in shedding those extra pounds really fast.

Natural Cures for a Lemon Detox Diet:

A lemon detox is done by consuming at least 64 fl oz of water a day, and adding 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of maple or natural tree syrup and a few drops of cayenne pepper to each 8 oz glass of water you drink. Ample water helps flush all the toxins out and the lemon is cleansing.

The Lemon-Detox is simple to mix. take 8 ounces of fresh spring water, squeeze in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of Organic Maple Syrup, and a couple drops of cayenne pepper. Mix and drink, 6-8 glasses a day

The detox is followed for one week.

Water, lemon juice, natural maple or tree syrup, cayenne pepper, herbal tea are used in the detox for cleansing the body, boosting metabolism and ensuring the proper intake of essential vitamins and minerals.

Water:

Water is the wonder constituent which should be a part of any healthy diet.

Around 8 glasses of water a day is essential and should be taken along with the rest of the lemon detox diet.

Lemon Juice:

This is a full of vitamin C and is essential for flushing all the toxins from our system.

Maple or Natural Tree Syrup:

This super food syrup is a mixture of the sap of five trees.

The sap of a maple tree and 4 varieties of an Asian palm tree is used to make this natural tree syrup which is completely devoid of additives.

It contains the required vitamins, minerals and nutrients which can provide us a very healthy body.

Cayenne Pepper/Ginger:

These help in speeding up the natural metabolism of our body.

This helps in burning fat quickly as well as in flushing out the toxins from our body.

Herbal Laxative Tea or salt Water:

A smooth bowel movement is vital for all the toxins to be flushed out of our system effectively.
