Essential Oil and Aromatherapy

Essential oils are the aromatic substance found in herbs - leaves, stems, roots, wood, and flowers – that help heal and cure conditions and diseases.

Essential oil is used in aromatherapy by using oils to improve your physical and mental health.

Aromatherapy can help with many ailments you may have, some of the more common ailments are:

How Essential Oil is Used:

Using essential oil in aromatherapy through inhalation, application, and baths are the main methods for which these oils enter the body. When essential oils work within our bodies we experience harmony and restore balance to our body and mind.

When using essential oils for aromatherapy make sure they are pure and all natural. Not everything you find will be completely natural.

Some essential oils will contain artificial ingredients and you won't get the full benefit when using these; possibly nothing at all.

Choosing Your Essential Oil:

Knowing what to look for when selecting essential oils is also important to ensure you benefit the most from them. Look for pure oils not fragrances. There is a huge difference between the two.
