I've always been interested in health and nutrition. In 2001, I found myself trapped in a medical nightmare consisting of Doctors and prescription medication. My health was NOT improving, and was ACTUALLY worsening when I began experiencing side effects from the medication.

In desperation, I jumped off the medical merry-go-round and resolved to give my body a break, reduce my stress and treat my body naturally.

That bad experience sparked my love in natural healing, and this site is the result of that love.

I DO believe in Doctors and medical science. If I am sick, or my children are sick, I'm in my Doctors office ASAP. BUT-- I also believe in nutrition, common sense and trying natural and gentle ways to heal my body.

Our bodies are amazing. They can heal themselves of a variety of problems if given the right tools.

Good nutrition, home remedies, natural cures using aromatherapy, herbs, vitamins, minerals, essential oils, teas, juices and supplements work to help you avoid illness and the Doctors office in the first place!
